These are some of the approaches to health assessment and support that come to mind as I discuss how the "Old Paradigm" is gradually becoming an Expanded Paradigm. I am convinced we will soon have scientific understanding of how these have been able to benefit health in powerful ways. The dynamic interface of the physical structure of life with the energies that activate it is evident in these systems. My belief is that -- with the discovery of quantum physics, chaos/pattern theory, and the easy-to-grasp impact of fractal graphics upon visualizing the complexities of life – humanity now has the means to extract and integrate insights from honest systems of health care that have existed for up to thousands of years. They are giving us rich support for healthy living that far outdistances the limited offerings most readily available in western culture due to the limitations of the current paradigm or model of understanding life, health, illness, treatment and reclamation of health.
